Once the property owner decides what is to be sold, our service continues right up to settlement. Our comprehensive services include set-up, pricing, advertising, conducting the sale, and providing support every step of the way. Additional services include removal of unsold items, overseeing cleanup, and leaving the premises broom clean. We handle homes of all types and can tackle any situation.

Every sale is unique. Fees are based on a percentage of sales, which varies depending on the home's contents and the work required to maximize its profitability.

A typical sale occurs over a weekend, Friday and Saturday, or longer, depending on the number of items for sale. We collaborate with property owners to maximize returns on high-value items in the estate.
